| sony vaio e series laptops Sony Japan has updated its E series of laptops and will now offer a 14.1 incher which will come in 8 colors. The basic specifications are Celeron P4500 (1.86GHz, built-in video), 2 Gigs of RAM, 320 GB hard drive, 14.1 inch screen (1336 x 768), DVD super drive, 1.3 Megapixel camera, Felica, etc. On selecting the white and black color you can also opt for a high res display (1600 x 900) along with a ATI Radeon HD 5470 graphics card with 512MB of memory. The battery last for upto 2 to 6 hours depending on the configuration. The laptop measures 345.8 × 238.7 × 27.3 ~ 32.9mm and weighs 2.35 kg. Scheduled to go on sale in April 17 the E series will sell for 69,800 Yen ($ 750). |
